Electrics: 12v power throughout, 240v power supplied shoreline hook up and 2.3kw Sterling inverter/charger. 2.2kw of solar power from 8 solar panels. Starlink, 5g router (subscriptions and sim card not included) and two Wi-Fi access points to ensure full coverage of the boat.

Heating: Morso squirrel stove in saloon and Webasto diesel heater feeding 4 anthracite radiators and a chrome towel rail.

Water Heating: Calorifier heated by the engine & Webasto diesel heater.

Lining: Ceiling and upper walls are finished with an off white melamine faced sheet, lower side and bulkheads are finished with an oak melamine faced sheet. Capping and trims are solid oak. Spray foam insulation.

Flooring: Vinyl throughout and carpet in the bedroom.

Exterior: Exterior paintwork is in good condition, the rear deck floor has been recently repainted. The stern has a pram hood cover and a wrap around stern that is cushioned. The bow area is uncovered due to the design of the boat.
