Water Heating: Calorifier via Webasto diesel heater, engine and 1kw immersion heater.

Lining: Painted ply throughout with solid oak surrounds on ceiling and upper walls, T&G painted lower section, From the bedroom forward was completely refit in 2011 & Spray foam insulated.

Flooring: Laminate throughout, with solid wood in engine bay and boatman's cabin.

Boatman's Cabin: At the rear of the boat, Original to the boat from new and adds a wonderful character to the boat as well as storage space and an extra berth. Also home to a fire with a hotplate.

Engine room: Home to the Russell Newbery DM2 engine, which is presented in fantastic condition and all original. There is a set of side doors and a set of side doors with a roof hatch. 

Bedroom: Forward of the engine room, Full width crossover room with the double bed located on the port side with space for storage underneath. Full sized wardrobe and drawers located at the foot of the bed and some overhead cupboard at the head of the bed.

Bathroom: Forward of the bedroom, large rectangle shower tray with glass door offering 6ft 1 headroom. Chrome mixer taps.

Separett compost toilet located next to ceramic wash hand basin and chrome towel rail.

Galley: Forward of the bathroom, A well laid out space with bespoke built in floor and wall units, black Corian worktops give a modern feel offering a generous working space and breakfast bar. On the starboard side is fridge, Belling oven & grill with 4 hob burner fitted into worktop. On the port side is a Bush washing machine, Bosch dishwasher, Sanyo microwave and stainless steel sink.

All of the white goods are 240v and powered via the Victron inverter. Side doors and Houdini hatch offer extra light and ventilation.

Saloon: Forward of the galley and at the bow, Light and open space that has room for a freestanding sofa or two swivel chairs. Morso squirrel stove fitted to the forward bulkhead on port side, opposite is a bespoke storage unit with shelves that is removable. Leading to covered bow deck through solid wooden doors.
