Amelie is a well presented boat that has been used as a continuous cruiser by the current owner, she is very well equipped and ready to cruise.
Saloon,
Entrance from the stern, a shared space with the galley that is flooded with light throughout thanks to the 4 large windows and side hatch. The furniture is free standing offering flexibility to make the space work for you. On the port side is the Reflex diesel stove with back boiler, that heats the space, radiators and calorifier. To the stern are some storage cupboards on both side that house the 12v fuse panel and the inverter. Towards the galley is a reclining single sofa, opposite on the starboard side is freestanding sideboard providing plenty of storage.
Galley,
Slightly forward of the saloon, the L-shaped oak worktops provides plenty of prep and cooking space. The storage below is not conventional but do add to the character of the boat. Equipment, freestanding double oven with 4 hob burner, 12 v Shoreline fridge and Hotpoint washing machine that can run via the 3000w inverter thanks to the LiPo battery. Opposite the main workspace is a sideboard that has the same worktop affixed further increasing the storage and working area.
Bathroom,
Forward of the galley, on the portside, is the walkthrough bathroom. The space is well throughout making the best use of the space and minimising wasted floorspace. The bath has a shower mixer tap and a full curtain rail so it can be used as a shower also. The macerating toilet is fitted onto a vanity cupboard that has the ceramic sink inlaid into oak worktop and storage below. The tall 240v freezer (that runs off of the inverter) is within the bathroom area but separated with a full height bulkhead.
Bedroom,
At the bow of the boat, a good sized room that is home to the double bed has underside storage and is on runners enabling access to either the large wardrobe or the draws on the opposite bulkhead, again making the best use of the available space. Wooden bow doors lead to the front deck.
Exterior,
The paintwork is all in good order, the stern and bow are not covered. Rear doors are steel and the bow doors are wooden.
