Selling a Boat

Our enthusiastic team offer a friendly and professional service, we are committed to selling your boat as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Our commission fee is 6% + vat with a minimum fee of £1,800 + vat. We do not charge mooring fees while advertising your boat.

Our marina offers a secure location for your boat, with an electronic gate system in place, and we can accommodate boats of all sizes. Our Boat Sales office is open 6 days a week and we sell boats all year round. We advertise monthly in national waterways magazines and locally in a publication dedicated to the Kennet & Avon canal. Our up-to-date website offers an informative description of your boat as well as a number of external and internal photos. We maintain a data-base of waiting buyers looking for a specific type of boat.

There is ample car parking for potential buyers and we always ensure that boats are easy to access. We record feedback after viewings and aim to keep you informed with progress reports at regular intervals. In addition, there is a slipway here at the marina so that buyers can arrange purchase surveys to be carried out on-site.
