Bee Jay is a very well presented boat that is ready to cruise, whether for living abord or leisure use.

Galley,

A light and open space that has laminate worktop and standard cupboards below, the port side has the stainless stell sink inlaid and the 12v fridge below. The starboard side houses the freestanding oven and grill with 4 hob burner.  
At the stern there is a very handy utility area on the starboard side with storage to port. On the starboard side is a section of laminate worktop that has shelves above and a large open storage space below. The storage area opposite has the calorifier, multiple shelves from floor to ceiling and a tall slim cupboard.

Saloon,

Forward of the galley, another open space that is home to the slim Pullmans dinette that makes into a single bed and offers underside storage.  Moving forwards is a two seater with a wall mounted TV opposite and side doors above, bringing the outdoors in. At the end of the saloon is the Stovax solid fuel stove located in the centre of the bulkhead.

Bathroom,

Located on the portside, home to the square shower tray with glass screen door, behind the shower is floor to ceiling shelves. Opposite is the hand basin and vanity unit along with the Thetford cassette toilet that has two spare cassettes.

Bedroom,

At the bow of the boat, a fixed double bed with three underside draws and overhead shelving. At the foot of the bed is a full height double wardrobe and corner unit.

External,

The paintwork is in good condition, there are some small patches that need some attention. The stern has a pram hood cover that does have a damaged window, the bow is uncovered.
