Built in 1987 by Evesham Watercraft boat Builders, Brevit presents a good opportunity for someone looking for a boat with a good hull and simple fitout to make their own. The boat offers a practical layout with good natural light throughout and comfortable accommodation.
Bedroom,
Located at the stern, the bedroom is a bright and well-proportioned space benefiting from two large windows. A fixed 4ft double bed is positioned to the starboard side and has useful storage beneath. At the aft end of the cabin are two full height wardrobes providing a combination of shelving and hanging space.
Bathroom,
Forward of the bedroom on the starboard side is the bathroom. This functional space includes a hip-height bath with shower mixer, a vanity unit with inset ceramic basin, and a Traveller drop through pumpout toilet.
Galley,
The galley is arranged in an L-shaped configuration to starboard. Laminate worktops have the plastic sink and a Vanette four-burner hob inlaid and set above built-in cupboards. Storage is provided beneath the worktop, alongside a 12v/240v fridge and a built-in Vanette LPG oven and grill. Additional wall shelving offers further practical storage.
Saloon,
Situated at the bow, the saloon is a light and open living space. The focal point is a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove, currently in working order but requiring some aesthetic attention. Seating is provided by a leather swivel chair and a three-seater sofa bed, which converts into an additional double berth if required. A folding wall-mounted table is positioned opposite the sofa, offering a convenient dining or workspace. Stable doors lead out onto the bow deck.
