Water Heating: Calorifier via engine and diesel heater.

Lining: Faced plywood with painted a finish. Spray foam insulation.

Flooring: Oak faced engineered board throughout.

Galley: Entrance from the stern, a space that is flooded with light from the large windows throughout. The worktop and cupboards are fitted on the starboard side and stern bulkhead in an L-shape. The lower units are made up of a double cupboard, double width drawers and a Belfast sink unit that all sit under the quartz worktop with integrated drainer. There is also freestanding double oven with 4 hob burner and large 12v fridge freezer. The standout feature of this space is the Esse solid fuel stove with hot plate and oven. This is the main source of heat for the boat during the winter.

Saloon: A space that is partially shared with the galley, again full of light especially when the two sets of side doors are opened. The space currently has freestanding furniture which offers plenty of freedom with design for the space.

Bathroom: Forward of the galley, a very well laid out space that is home to a full size bath with shower mixer taps, a floating square hand basin and vanity unit, the washing machine and Compoost composting toilet fitted with a carbon filter to ensure there are no smells. The washing machine runs off of the 3kw inverter. There is a roof hatch that allows plenty of natural light and fresh air in.

Sauna: Connected to the bathroom and bedroom via separate doors is the full-size 6ft sauna for a touch of luxury after a long day cruising. There are  adjustable benches and a solid fuel eco-stove with hot plate.

Bedroom: Forward of the sauna and bathroom, a full width room that has more than enough space for a king sized bed and wardrobe. There are four full sized windows, a set of side doors and glazed double doors so another room that is flooded with light. All of the windows have a thermal break and are double glazed making them very thermal efficient.

External space: The square stern offers a great space for outside dining in the warmer months. There are steps built in to the back deck allowing easy access to the roof space. The bow space is smaller but still offers enough space for a chair or two along with the anchor.
