Bedroom,
Entrance from he stern, a raised area with a single bed on the port and one on the starboard, both have underside storage. Towards the stern is a cupboard offering extra storage.
Engine room,
Forward of the bedroom, home to the Petter AV2 which for some will be the feature of the boat. Great access from all sides ensures servicing and maintenance is easy. The engine exhausts through the roof and produces a sound that will make heads turn. A set of side doors with a roof hatch and a roof vent keep the space well ventilated.
Bathroom,
Moving forwards, located on the port side, a nicely sized room that is home to the rectangular shower tray with tiled walls and shower curtain, Thetford cassette toilet and vanity unit with square handbasin inlaid.
Galley,
Forwards of the bathroom, a full width room that has laminated ply worktops on both sides with bespoke units below. On the port side is the Vanette 4 hob burner with the 12v Shoreline fridge below along with the Vanette oven. Opposite is the sink and cupboards.
Saloon,
At the bow of the boat, this room offers great flexibility thanks to the freestanding furniture made up of, two arm chairs, a small table with two chairs and a small folding table. There is room to add a sofa bed if you are looking to increase the number of berths. There are two corner storage cupboard located diagonally to each other and the fire hearth with a Stovax solid fuel stove. The stove has not been installed. If the stove is installed the BSS will need to be updated. Glazed double doors lead out to the front deck.
Exterior,
The paintwork is in fair to good condition, no large areas of rust but a few scrapes in the usual places. The bow is open and has the gas bay at the peak and the hatch for the watertank (painted in August 2025) is below. The stern has the butty style and the traditional style rudder and tiller.
