Nemesia II is a good opportunity for someone that is looking to live aboard or continuously cruise, she is in need of some work internally, mainly the carpeted areas and some woodwork to the ceiling in the main bedroom and the rear bedroom.
Rear Bedroom
Entering from the stern, you step into a cabin designed to the feel of a traditional boatman’s cabin, with a raised floor and a compact, practical layout. The space features two single beds, overhead storage, and a tall cupboard for additional storage.
Engine Room
Moving forward, the engine room houses a Beta JD3 engine, centrally positioned to allow full access for maintenance. A roof hatch provides natural light, while twin side doors offer excellent ventilation when open. Shelving provides convenient storage for tools and spares, and a small hand basin is mounted against the shared bedroom bulkhead. Full height doors allow the space to be enclosed when not in use.
Bathroom
The bathroom spans the full width of the boat, making the most of the available space. To starboard is a rectangular shower tray with folding glass doors, alongside a corner vanity unit with a ceramic basin. A macerating toilet is positioned centrally against the forward bulkhead.
Bedroom
Located around the midpoint of the boat, the main bedroom is a comfortable and well-proportioned space. It includes overhead storage, a full height wardrobe, and a 4ft double bed situated on the starboard side.
Galley
Continuing forward, the galley is arranged in a practical U-shaped layout, offering ample workspace and storage. Bespoke floor and wall units maximise capacity, while a stainless steel sink and Vanette four burner hob are set into the laminate worktop. Below sits a Vanette oven and grill, with a 12v fridge positioned opposite. Side doors and a roof hatch on the port side provide light and ventilation.
Saloon
At the bow, the saloon centres around a Morso Squirrel stove, creating a warm and inviting focal point. A built in corner unit and wall mounted storage provide practical space for belongings. The sofa bed converts into a double, increasing the total sleeping capacity to six. Two solid oak doors open out onto the front deck.
Exterior
The front deck is fitted with an A-frame cratch and cover, while the stern deck remains open. The paintwork is in fair condition, with some areas of rust visible in high traffic sections.
