Patience is a beautifully presented boat that has been used as a liveaboard for the past 11 years by the current owners. She is well equipped and ready cruise.
Saloon,
From the stern, you step into a bright and open living space that flows throughout the boat. On the starboard side sit two sofas one double and one single both facing the Bubble diesel stove, a great source of heat, especially when paired with the double-glazed windows. Professionally fitted in 10/2021. To the left is a wall mounted TV on an adjustable bracket.
Generous storage runs across the stern and both sides. To port is the electrical cupboard, housing the Victron 3kW inverter/charger, galvanic isolator, isolation switches, and a good supply of spare engine filters. The matching cupboard on the starboard side has been cleverly converted into an airing cupboard, while the remaining units provide ample general storage.
Galley,
Forward of the saloon, the galley features beautiful solid oak worktops arranged in a U-shape, with an inlaid stainless steel sink and Belling five burner hob. Below sit a double oven, 240V fridge freezer, and washing machine. Overhead, two wall units and an extractor provide additional storage and ventilation. On the port side, a set of side doors adds extra light and airflow.
Bathroom,
Situated on the starboard side, the bathroom includes a quadrant shower with glass cubicle, a Jabsco macerating toilet (lightly used), a Thetford Porta Potti, and a vanity unit with round ceramic basin.
Bedroom,
At the bow, making use of the full width of the boat, is the bedroom. A built-in double bed with underbed storage, a large wardrobe with sliding doors, and two fitted side cupboards provide ample space for two. Steps lead up to the front deck.
Exterior,
The exterior paintwork is in good condition. At the stern, a pram hood cover provides excellent protection  a particularly useful feature for a traditional stern. The bow is also covered, creating valuable external storage space. All windows are double-glazed, offering superb insulation and comfort during both cold winters and warm summers.
