Serendipity is a very well presented boat that is ready to cruise. She has been used mainly as a leisure boat for the past couple of years but more recently has been used as a long term cruiser.
Galley,
Entrance from the cruiser stern, a space that feels light and open, the galley is made up of rows of cupboards on both port and starboard. The units are all standard sizes and topped with laminate worktop. The port side houses the composite sink, washing machine and 240v LEC fridge. The starboard side has the New World oven and grill with 4 hob burner and a section of pine worktop making a breakfast bar with two chairs.
Saloon,
Forward of the galley, an open space that has space for a couple of single chairs or a sofa bed if you wanted to increase the number of berths. The Morso Swift solid fuel stove is located on the port side at the bathroom bulkhead.
Bathroom,
Forward of the saloon, a walkthrough design utilises the full width of the boat opening the space. A good sizes quadrant shower with matching glass surround in located on the saloon bulkhead, the ceramic hand basin is fixed to a vanity unit opposite along with the Thetford cassette toilet.
Bedroom,
At the bow of the boat, a nice sized room that has space for a freestanding standard double bed on the portside or offers room to build a bed and allow it to extend if you are looking for a larger bed. A built in wardrobe and a separate 4 drawer unit are located on the bow bulkhead.
Exterior,
The exterior paintwork is in good condition but has a few scuffs and scrapes. The stern is an open cruiser stern and the bow is uncovered, both areas offer great outdoor space making cruising a joy.
