Elysian Waters is a well-presented boat built in 2004 by RLL Boats. She is well equipped and ready for cruising, whether for leisure use or as a comfortable liveaboard.

Bedroom: Located at the stern, this generously sized bedroom features an extending double bed and ample storage throughout. A built in wardrobe is positioned aft with two shelves above, overhead cupboards are fitted above the bed, and two deep, slim cupboards are located at the forward end of the room.

Bathroom: The bathroom is a cross over design that maximises the available space. It is fitted with a quadrant shower featuring a glass sliding door, a corner vanity unit with a ceramic hand basin, and an Elsan cassette toilet positioned opposite.

Galley: Situated forward of the bathroom, the galley offers excellent workspace and storage. It comprises long runs of laminate worktops with standard kitchen units on both the port and starboard sides. Two side hatches provide excellent natural light and ventilation, while two wall mounted cupboards further increase storage capacity. Appliances include a 12v fridge and a freestanding LPG oven and grill with a four burner hob.

Saloon: Located at the bow, the saloon is a bright and open space, benefiting from six large windows that flood the area with natural light. A Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove is fitted on the bow bulkhead, opposite a built-in corner storage unit. Seating consists of a freestanding three seater sofa and a single chair. A freestanding square table with two chairs completes the dining area.

Exterior: The exterior paintwork is generally in good order, with some areas showing signs of normal wear and tear. The cruiser stern is fitted with a low cover, while the bow benefits from a cratch frame and cover.
