Exeter is a a nicely presented boat that has plenty of character, the main draw of this boat is the fantastic 1942 2 cylinder hand start Lister engine, it is a real head turner.​

 

Saloon,
Entrance from the bow, a bright and welcoming space that is full of character. Home to the solid fuel stove located on the starboard side, along with a folding pine table. Opposite are two freestanding swivel chairs. At the bow are two built in corner units, one is near full height and the other is low level.

Galley,
Forward of the saloon, the cross over design gives two sections of tiled worktops. The port side is L-shaped with a Flavel half height oven & grill with two hobs, the duel fuel fridge (gas &12v) and the painted steel sink with a three door cupboard above. On the starboard side is corner unit and shelf.

Bathroom,
Forward of the galley, a side door and roof hatch in on route, home to a square shower cubicle, hand basin on top of vanity unit and Port Potti toilet.

Bedroom,
At the stern of the boat, a double bed spans the full width of the boat, underside storage below and a full height wardrobe on the starboard side.

Engine bay,
At the stern of the boat and only accessed via the back doors, there is no passage from the main cabin to the engine room. Home to the beautiful 2 cylinder Lister 1942 hand start only engine  and storage for various tools and equipment. This space offers plenty of storage if you are looking to expand the battery capacity or looking to instal central heating.

Exterior: The exterior paintwork is in poor condition, the paint is heavily faded and is peeling to undercoat level. The engine room is only access through the stern door.
