Leah Rose is a 55ft boat built by Liverpool boats in 2001 and fitted out by Vardy bros Boat Fitters. The boat is flooded with light from bow to stern thanks to the three large roof hatches. Leah Rose is ready to cruise and suitable for leisure use or living aboard.
Engine/utility room,
Entrance from the traditional stern, a shared space for the engine and utility and flooded with light, the perfect space to carry out maintenance and repairs onboard. The room could be tweaked to become an office/hobby space. The beta marine engine is housed in an engine box which reduces the running noise of the engine along with the hospital silencer. The rear cupboard offer plenty of space for additional electrical equipment.
Bathroom,
Forward of the engine room and located on the port side, a nicely sized room that is home to the large shower tray and glass cubicle which is tiled, opposite is the Thetford cassette toilet (1 spare cassette) and corner ceramic hand basin. Two wall cabinets offer storage. Single radiator is heated by the engine.
Bedroom,
Moving forwards and still on the portside, an open space that has a freestanding double bed with underside storage space for boxed items. The galley and bedroom have been swapped from their original locations.
Galley,
Forward of the bedroom and shared space with the saloon, a space that is flooded with light from the roof hatch and side doors. The galley is made up of standard kitchen units with laminate worktop on both side of the space. There is a space for an undercounter fridge.
Saloon,
Located at the bow, an open space that is home to the solid fuel stove/oven and a freestanding drawer unit. There is plenty of space to add freestanding seating or to build a dinette or something similar.
External,
Paintwork is in good condition overall, very little work needed. The stern is uncovered, the bow is fully covered with a raised cover that increase the internal headroom and keeps the gas bay covered.
