My Sweet lady is a nicely presented boat that is perfect for a couple looking to share week long trips. She is well equipped to ensure comfortable cruising, the folding seating at the bow offers another double bed for guests.

Bedroom,
Entrance from the stern, the built in small double bed is located on the portside with storage access below and two wall cupboards above at either end of the bed. Two portholes fill the room with light but also offer privacy.

Bathroom,
Located on the portside and home to the quadrant shower, drop-through pumpout toilet and vanity unit with plastic hand basin inlaid.

Galley,
Forward of the bathroom, an L-shape design that flows nicely into the next space. Loacted on the port side is a section of laminate worktop with stainless steel sink inlaid, double cupboard and the 12v fridge below. A free standing oven with 4 hob burner sits on the bathroom bulkhead. On the starboard side is a built in unit that has a double lower cupboard and a double wall glazed cupboard.

Saloon,
At the bow of the boat, two built in seats offer plenty of space for four to sit at the table (stored opposite bedroom). This will also make into a double bed.

Exterior: The exterior paintwork is in fair condition, there are some rust spots on the roof and dotted around on the high traffic areas. The stern has a pram hood design cover offering shelter in the rain and maximising usable space onboard. The is covered which again adds utility and keeps the bow dry.
