Bedroom, Entrance from the engine room, a comfortably sized room, fixed double bed located on the port side, offering plenty of storage located underside of the bed, in cupboards at the foot of the bed as well as above. Two large windows providing plenty of light.
Bathroom, Forward of the bedroom and located on the portside, home to the shower with glass cubicle, hand basin with vanity unit and the composting toilet (unbranded).
Galley, A light and open space that is shared with the saloon, L-shape laminate worktop with inlaid 4 burner hob, round sink and separate drainer. Built in cupboards below maximising storage in the area, a full height cupboard houses the gas water heater and offer more storage and has the 12v fridge below (not included in sale). On the starboard side is the side door and hatch giving more light and ventilation.
Saloon, Flooded with light via two large side windows and the four windows on the front bulkhead and doors. The solid fuel stove is neatly positioned in the starboard bulkhead corner with a corner unit opposite. A folding table is mounted on the starboard wall, with freestanding seating around (freestanding furniture is not included in the sale).
Exterior, Bow is open and has two side lockers/seats and the gas bay at the peak. The stern is traditional and has two seats on poles for comfortable cruising. Paintwork is in serviceable condition.
