FEATURES

Electrics: 12v & 240v throughout via Victron 3000w inverter charger 120amp, 6 x 352w solar panels. The 12v set up is a hybrid system of lead acid and lithium batteries.

Heating: Morso Swift solid fuel stove.

Water Heating: Calorifier via engine and immersion heater.

Lining: Painted ply and T&G throughout with solid wood trims, spray foam insulation that has been topped up with rockwool. Double glazed windows throughout.

Flooring: Solid oak mainly, with some rooms finished in pine boards and the bathroom floor is tiled.

Galley: Entrance from the stern, the galley is a bright and airy space uses the full width of the boat. There are three sections of solid oak worktop fitted onto freestanding units. On the port side is the Belfast sink, 12v fridge freezer and washing machine, opposite is the range cooker with side doors above, breakfast bar and washing machine tucked away underside. On both sides of the stern bulk heads are two walk in cupboards, one is used as the electrical room and the other is a pantry with plenty of shelf storage. There is also room for a gas water heater to be installed along with the appropriate wet plumbing (gas lines need to be run). 

Saloon: Forward of the galley, a cosy space that is home to the Morso Swift solid fuel stove, sofa bed and freestanding storage units.

Second bedroom: Forward of the saloon, accessed via a corridor that has three storage units fitted to the lower walls. A small box room that currently has no window but there is a window unit being left onboard so there is an option to have it installed separately from the sale. The water pump is located in this room behind extra insulation to keep the noise down.

Bathroom: Forward of the bedroom, a bright room that is mostly tilled with half of a feature wall being planked. The freestanding bath has a mixer tap with shower head and a glass shower screen. There is a pedestal hand basin opposite to the Compoost composting toilet. An alcove with 5 shelves offer great storage.

Bedroom: Forward of the  bathroom, home to a freestanding double bed and two freestanding wardrobes leading to the bow.

External: Leading through the double doors on to the front deck. The stern and bow are uncovered. The external paintwork is in good condition and from new.
